Return & Refund Policy

Personal Care & Hygiene Products — All Sales Final Due to the health and safety nature of our personal care and hygiene products — including beard butters, soaps, moisturizers, and cotton wash cloths — we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used items. All sales on these products are final once opened.

Unopened Items Unopened personal care items in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit or a refund to the original payment method. Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.

Home Goods & Artisan Items (e.g., Stained Glass) Our handcrafted home goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are undamaged and in original condition. Please contact us before returning any item.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contacts@afterhoursalchemy.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, we sincerely apologize. Contact us within 7 days and we'll cover return shipping and get the correct item to you promptly.
