1. General These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and vendors. After Hours Alchemy LLC reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products All products are handcrafted in small batches. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product descriptions at any time. Product colors and appearances may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of our goods.

3. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed. We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout.

4. Orders & Cancellations Orders begin processing within 1–2 business days of placement. Once processing has begun, we cannot guarantee cancellations. Please contact us immediately at contacts@afterhoursalchemy.com if you need to cancel or modify an order.

5. Accuracy of Information We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and imagery. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is error-free, complete, or current. If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused, unopened condition per our Return Policy.

6. Health & Safety Disclaimer Our personal care products are intended for external use only. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Always perform a patch test before full use, especially if you have sensitive skin or known allergies.

8. Limitation of Liability After Hours Alchemy LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
