Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Important Notice — Heat-Sensitive Products Our beard butters and certain personal care products are made with natural butters and oils that are sensitive to heat. Products may soften or melt during transit in warm weather or when exposed to high temperatures.
This is completely normal and does not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product. If your product arrives melted, here's what to do:
- Do not open the container — keep the lid sealed
- Place the product in a plastic bag (as an extra precaution against leaks)
- Refrigerate for 10–15 minutes until it returns to its original consistency
- Your product is ready to use as normal. The texture may be more of a balm than a butter but no quality has been lost!
We strongly recommend:
- Selecting Express Shipping during summer months (June–September) or if you live in a warm climate
- Tracking your package and retrieving it promptly upon delivery
- Avoiding delivery to locations where packages may sit in direct sunlight or a hot mailbox
Please note: After Hours Alchemy is not responsible for products that melt during transit due to warm weather conditions. We take great care in packaging our products, but we cannot control temperatures during shipping.

- Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): $8.00
- Express Shipping (1–2 business days): $15.00
- Free Standard Shipping on orders $60 and over
Shipping Destinations We currently ship within the United States only.
Lost or Stolen Packages After Hours Alchemy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, please contact your local post office or carrier first, then reach out to us at contacts@afterhoursalchemy.com and we will do our best to assist.
